All prices are negotiable depending on the number of people and the number of nights required.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

A 50%(fifty percent) deposit is required to secure the booking.

The balance is payable on arrival.

Travel Agents and Company bookings are not required to pay a deposit, however the issuing of a voucher or order number is deemed as a binding contract for payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

On day of arrival or during the stay (ie. no show) - the full payment due for the entire booking will be required.

1-14 days prior to arrival - the full deposit paid will be retained.

15-28 days prior to arrival - 75%(seventy-five percent) of deposit, or 25%(twenty-five percent) of full value will be retained, whichever is the greater.

28 days or more before arrival - 50%(fifty percent) of deposit, or 25%(twenty-five percent) of full value will be retained, whichever is the greater.

A non-refundable deposit is required for in-season bookings, i.e. bookings made from 01 December to 10 January of any given year and 14 days during the Easter holidays. This also includes all Public Holiday dates.
