Regarding Bookings
-Bookings can be made via phone, fax or e-mail. -On request we can send you a booking form. -As soon as booking is confirmed we request the full amount. -Payment can be made via credit card or voucher from travel agents.
CANCELLATIONS: -We must receive confirmation of cancellation in writing either by post, e-mail or fax from the person who made the booking. -Cancellations done for December till middle January will not be excepted or be refunded. -Cancellations made within 7 days of date of arrival, 100%fee -Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival, 50%fee -In the unlikely event that your holiday ends prematurely we must charge the full amount. -We recommend a travel insurance to cover cancellations, health baggage etc.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION IN WRITING EITHER BY FAX OR E-MAIL BY THE PERSON WHO MADE THE BOOKING.
