About Us

It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to our 4* B & B, Aloe Inn, Port Edward.
We are situated in front of the Light House and a mere 50metres from the sea.

We have five en-suite rooms, all with fans. Three of these have balconies overlooking the sea.

Our breakfast/dining room has wonderful seaviews where you can enjoy your home cooked breakfast.

We have a bar/lounge area that has wonderful views of the sea and leads out to a patio where you can enjoy a drink watch the waves crash onto the rocks, and relax in the splash pool on the patio.

Dinners and packed lunches are available Monday to Thursday, out of season, but have to be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance.

During the Christmas / New Year period the establishment is available to rent on a self-catering basis, for a maximum of 11 Adults & 2 children (a total of 13 maximum) for a minimum of 7 to 14 days. The 7 days cannot include both Christmas and New Year.

The whole establishment is available to rent as a self-catering house, for weekends or holidays.

The braai facilities are only available to the self-catering guests renting the whole establishment.

Fishing can be done from the shore and fishing charters can be arranged on request. There is a spectacular beach 1.4 km away, but can also be accessed via a walk along the rocks.
